What is the delivery time on tents?

Most tents are usually in stock (call to confirm) and delivery should be made within 2-3 days. Next day delivery is often an option for a small charge on orders placed early in the day, call for details.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge to the majority of mainland UK addresses (excluding Highlands, Islands and on some products Northern Ireland). Call for details.

Which tents are in stock?

Most tents are kept in stock, however some of the group tents and marquees are made to order which may take 2-4 weeks. Call for details.

Do you have any more information on your tents?

Yes, we have complete details on each of the tents including sizing etc available in catalogue form - if you would like a copy simply complete the contact us form and state the tent you would like further information on. How can I pay?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta). We also accept cheques. If you are paying by cheque please include you name, address and daytime contact telephone number to enable us to call you and arrange a convenient delivery day with you.

What is HH?

HH stands for Hydrostatic Head meaning the material has been tested to withstand a certain level of water. IE 1500mm HH would withstand 1.5m of water pressure.

Do you have a guarantee on your tents?

All our tents have a manufacturers guarantee. We would ask that faults are reported within 30 days of receipt, however if a fault arises after that period please let us know as soon as possible and the tent can be returned to the manufacturer to check it and repair or replace it if faulty.

What if I decide my tent is not right for me?

If you receive your tent and decided it is not what you wanted you can return the tent to us within 14 days, in a new unused condition and in the original packaging to Tents Direct UK, 39/40 Vicarage Lane, Charlton, Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 9DW.
